Thanks to everyone who attended the end of season awards ceremony at Coneygear Park to celebrate the progress all our players have made with awards, food, drink and football fun!
The day started with football games including a penalty shoot out. Then all the girls had Dominos pizza and visited the ice cream van. We were also joined by Elloise and Beatriz from Peterborough United Women's First team who helped hand out the trophies to our U10, U11, U12 and U14 teams.
We said goodbye to our Chairman Steve, who was one of the club's co-founders: "After four years at HGFC I have decided to step down as Chairman, but I will always be proud of what we have achieved and will continue to follow the club as it goes through the next stages of growth and development".
